Every error code page on this site is sourced from:

1. Official manufacturer documentation — owner's manuals, support pages, and official troubleshooting guides published by the appliance manufacturer.
2. Established repair references — published by professional appliance repair businesses with verifiable expertise. Used for secondary confirmation only, never as the sole source.

What we do not use as sources

• AI-generated repair content without human verification
• Anonymous forum posts as primary sources
• Unverified social media claims
• Content from sites with no identifiable author or business

User forums and community discussions may inform "commonly reported" observations, but are never cited as source of truth for what an error code means or how to address it.

Source confidence labels

Every error code page displays a source confidence rating:

• High — Meaning confirmed by official manufacturer documentation. Multiple secondary sources consistent.
• Medium — Meaning supported by established repair references and official search snippets. Minor variation between sources on secondary details.
• Low — Limited sourcing available. Published with caveats. May be removed if sourcing cannot be improved.

What this site does not do

This site provides error code lookup and triage — not repair instructions.
